I want to highly commend Tom and Jess for their awesome service. We came in looking for a specific Jeep, and even though it was out back getting new door seals, Tom immediately went and grabbed it for a test drive. He made the process incredibly easy with no tedious paperwork—just a quick photo of my license and we were off. We were also thrilled that he managed to drop the price to $23,350 for us. When it came to finalizing the deal, Jess was lovely, friendly, and made the paperwork an absolute breeze with literally just two pages to sign. After a frustrating, pushy experience elsewhere earlier that day, dealing with Tom and Jess was a complete breath of fresh air. Quick, stress-free, and highly recommended! Right from the beginning Josh was helpful and not pushy. The finance was pre approved and paperwork sorted before we arrived to view and test drive the car. The car was immaculately presented and handed over with a full tank of gas. We would recommend SHM and would gladly deal with you again.
