I was happy with with the overall service. It was a little bit of a let down that the person I had been dealing with over the phone Adam was not there that day. I only say this as I had developed some kind of relationship with him on the phone and he was privy to conversation's we had had as in, I had never said that I was definitely going to buy the car or if I did would I pay the advertised price which I had discussed with Adam, but this was the assumption when I got there, but I also understand that people need days off.
