SALES
We believe building relationships come first, and that’s what makes our Sales team the best in the business. As the first point of call for visitors at Stephen Hill, our Sales team live and breathe our Standout Selection and offer Superior Service that is second to none. Our team of approachable, knowledgeable salespeople are always learning and prioritise having fun while buying a car, because that’s how we like it.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
Our friendly Customer Services team offer support with the finer details of our customers purchases. Whether it be helping with finance applications and liaising with finance companies, organising Insurance, signing paperwork or answering general questions our customers have, our Customer Services team work hard to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for our customers every time.
WORKSHOP
Our workshop are the skilled team behind our Standout Selection of vehicles. They take control of transforming our vehicles into something special and ensure the yard is always full of high quality, late model stock for our Sales team to sell. Their attention to detail, passion for quality and impressive work ethic means our vehicles are consistently kept at the high quality we are known for.
DELIVERY
Stephen Hill Motors is based in Hawke's Bay, and sell cars nationwide. With a growing portion of our vehicles being sold out of town, our experienced delivery team works around the clock to deliver our vehicles to their new owners as quick as possible. Whether it’s in the North, South, Stewart or even Chatham Islands, our trusted delivery network takes great pleasure in handing over the keys to the vehicle’s new owners, anywhere in New Zealand.
