Friendly great customer service

Great service, Scott from Stephen hills hastings picked up my enquiry and lead me through the entire process. Great service from him, made it all extremely easy and efficient, nothing was a problem at all and he felt with my questions swiftly, over all a really great experience trading in and purchasing of new car with delivery. Truly very thankful and appreciative for Scott making my life way to easy on this deal.

Scott wasn't available to deliver the car, but the sales manager stepped in and made sure we were looked after.

Reason I put 4 stars about knowledge and expertise was because I didn't ask any questions as I did my own research. Overall very easy to deal with nice people can't complain.

Tony and the team were fabulous to work with. They took all the stress out of the purchase and were all very knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured at any point. Sarah and the admin team were also amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend Stephen Hill Hastings to anyone looking to get a new car.
