Being a put of town buyer, Bruce got straight back to me over an online request. Then followed up with a call only a couple hours later. I had recieved all the info I was after within the day. Bruce also followed up again a couple days later which ultimately sealed the deal for me. He gave me confidence and assurance to make a large purchase unseen.
