This is an unique opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Stephen Hill Motors Napier Supersite. We have been in business for many years and have established a strong reputation for providing exceptional service along with the best range of vehicles of any dealer in the region.

Key responsibilities for this role will include finance & administration support which will include managing and processing finance and sale documentation with clients. You will be working closely with the sales team supporting them with processes and guidance to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Your day could range from customer enquiries, sourcing finance deals, through to ensuring stock management files are up to date and ready for the wider team.

To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your experience from working in a similar role where you have used your exceptional people skills. You will need to be highly organised and task driven. You should also be able to demonstrate accuracy & efficiency with basic administration functions, ideally this may have been in a previous customer service or operational role.

This is a busy 7 day a week dealership so the ability to cope with change and add value across the business is essential. The role is for a minimum 3 days per week depending on the applicant and flexibility and lifestyle will need to allow for you to be rostered on a Friday & Saturday to meet the business’s operating hours.

Applicants for this position must have a current Full or Restricted NZ drivers licence and have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
